Preston Geotechnical Consultants, LLC offers Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for property owners, buyers, banks, attorneys, and developers to identify recognized environmental conditions which previously existed or currently exist on a project site.  These assessments are performed in accordance with ASTM Standard Practices E 1527-13, “Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiry,” Final Rule (40 CFR Part 313).  The purpose of an ESA is to inquire into the current and historical uses of the property, and includes site reconnaissance, interviews, environmental records review, and report preparation.  Also, facilities that adjoin the subject site or are located within a one-mile radius are reviews to ascertain any potential environmental impacts to the project site.
